The former gardner’s house of the Redoute, built by architect
Michael Laydel and his son on behalf of the
Archbishop Elector of Cologne Max Franz.
Since the reopening in September of 2016, we have enjoyed newfound popularity, and this inspires us to continue delivering only the best for our guests.

Open and casual atmosphere, the food is very good and delicious, excellent menu paired with wines. Very friendly and attentive staff, Mr. Sasse and his team do a really nice job and we will be happy to come back soon.

Our kitchen chef Matthias Pietsch and his employees work without additives or preservatives. We prepare all of our food ourselves; we even bake our own bread. Your hosts, Klaus W.
